About Fulcrum

Fulcrum is an AI-led data modeling and customer segmentation platform designed to help SaaS revenue teams boost net revenue retention. By automating customer segmentation and creating omnichannel personalized campaigns based on data models like customer health scores, Fulcrum empowers teams to deliver targeted, data-driven growth strategies that drive product usage and revenue.

Fulcrum was founded by AJ Jindal in November 2022, with Sharad Bhadouria joining later as co-founder and CTO.

What's next

In addition to our leading solutions for real-time Reverse ETL and data activation, we’ll be integrating Fulcrum’s technology into the Census platform to improve these key collaboration areas:

  • No-code tooling: We’re building the tools business teams need to view and transform their data warehouse in a user-friendly environment that doesn’t require technical knowledge. Through no-code Computed Columns like rollups and GPT tools, Census frees business users from technical dependencies and request queues, enabling them to democratize data faster than ever before.
  • Powerful modeling capabilities: The warehouse and data lake remain key sources of truth, but last-mile data transformations and record cleanup are still inaccessible to business teams. Fulcrum’s data ingestion and templated modeling capabilities paired with Census’s entity resolution, enrichment tools, and SaaS ingest capabilities help companies create golden records.
  • Trust and governance features: Data teams need to carefully curate the list of users who can make changes to master records, and troubleshoot or roll back changes if necessary. All of our features are built on a foundation of precise access controls, observability features, and version controls to help data teams provide data securely and confidently.
  • AI-first Personalization: Marketing teams often face challenges in identifying customer segments and crafting personalized messaging to maximize revenue growth. They rely on historical data for customer segmentation. However, in the AI era, advanced technology can analyze customer data comprehensively and automatically identify segments that drive revenue expansion, reduce churn risk, and encourage repeat purchases. Census and Fulcrum will leverage proprietary AI models to automate customer segmentation and deliver personalized user experiences.
