Now, we added a self-service billing portal so all you need is a credit card to upgrade. You can upgrade to a higher tier plan (Growth or Business), access current or past invoices, and manage payment information – whenever it’s convenient for you.
No human interaction needed, unless you want it!

✨ How it works: 3 easy steps
- Go to Settings > Plans & Billing and click Change Plan. You’ll be taken to a billing portal hosted by Stripe where you can change your plan and add payment information.
- Choose plan: Decide between Census’s Growth Plan or Business Plan - whichever best suits your business needs. You can choose a monthly plan or a yearly plan, which comes with a 20% annual discount.
- Confirm and check out. You’re now part of the Census family! 🤗

- Set up your first sync to any of our destination connectors
- Create a marketing audience with our Segment Builder
- Inspect and debug any problematic syncs
